Grant Taylor appointed VP of UK & Ireland Sales

27 Jan 2011 - Goal is to develop Cryptzone brands, including Netconsent

Fleet, UK, 27 January 2011 – The Cryptzone Group further develops its UK operations by bringing on board Grant Taylor as the new Vice President of UK and Ireland sales.

With almost fifteen year’s experience within the IT sector, Grant Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge about the IT security market and its sales channel. Grant has previously worked for two major IT distributors (Computer 2000 and Wick Hill) and security vendor Check Point, where he was responsible for the UK distribution channel.

Originally a professional rugby player, Grant intuitively understands how to motivate sales teams. The new role at Cryptzone will require him to develop a successful sales strategy, which results in a strong channel for Cryptzone’s information security solutions. These include established UK brands, Appgate Security Server and Netconsent’s policy management software.

“Grant’s outstanding track record in channel sales makes him the perfect choice for Cryptzone UK, especially given our ambitious growth plans,” remarks Peter Davin, CEO of the Cryptzone Group.
