NETconsent Compliance Suite delivers a pro-active and sustainable approach to handling the policy management lifecycle and other associated documentation, including policies, procedures, guidelines, e-learning modules & forms. Adopted both within Public Sector and corporate customers, it is being used to establish and maintain policy compliance with regard to regulatory requirements, such as Data Protection, PCI, FSA, GCSx Code of Connection and SOX.
Automation greatly reduces the administrative burden traditionally associated with best practice governance by:

There are three editions of NETconsent Compliance Suite to choose from dependant on your policy compliance objectives.
NETconsent Compliance Suite - Standard Edition
NETconsent Compliance Suite Standard Edition is the entry level compliance solution that
enables organizations to Create, Manage, Distribute, Test, Audit and Review document
compliance.
The Standard Edition includes the following NETconsent Modules: Policy Manager,
Examiner and Reporter.
NETconsent Compliance Suite - Professional Edition
NETconsent Compliance Suite Professional Edition further enhances the capabilities of
the Standard Edition by adding enhanced functionality with advanced versions of Policy Manager, Examiner and Reporter. based around how users navigate documents, question delivery and management reporting. The Professional Edition also includes:
- Multiple Document Types (e.g. Policies, Procedures, eLearning, Standards,
- Guidelines etc.)
- Associated Documents - Cross reference documents that relate to one another (e.g. Policies to Procedures)
- Meta Data – Add web-standard and User Defi nable Meta Data to documents
- Multi-Lingual Support
- Ability to perform sanctions on user Decline
