Support & Maintenance Contracts
Technical Support
Support for NETconsent policy management software and associated communications modules is provided through your nominated reseller.
NETconsent Technical Support Services can be contacted during normal business hours (9:00 to 17:30 UK Time Monday to Friday)
Warranty
All NETconsent solutions are sold with a 30-day software warranty. During the warranty period the Customer is entitled to free software maintenance releases.
Support & Maintenance
Support and Maintenance subscriptions can be purchased through your nominated reseller.
The Council engaged with NETconsent in order to provide us with a more innovative way to deliver our ICT policies, in the first instance, to our users with the important consent part of that process being more effectively managed and monitored.
