Technical Support
Support for NETconsent policy management software and associated communications modules is provided through your nominated reseller.
NETconsent Technical Support Services can be contacted during normal business hours (9:00 to 17:30 UK Time Monday to Friday)
Warranty
All NETconsent solutions are sold with a 30-day software warranty. During the warranty period the Customer is entitled to free software maintenance releases.
Support & Maintenance
Support and Maintenance subscriptions can be purchased through your nominated reseller.
The solution is easy to deploy and NETconsent has provided an excellent level of support. When we commenced the evaluation we were only looking to manage the security-related policies, but as we progressed we realised that many other council policies and procedures would also benefit from an automated policy management solution
