Policy enforcement at access to Microsoft Forefront Unified Access Gateway

Microsoft Forefront UAG LogoNETconsent's SSLconsent Policy Enforcement Point (PEP) enables organisations to enhance the functionality of Microsoft Forefront Unified Access Gateway by ensuring users have accepted enforced policies prior to gaining access to protected applications through the UAG portal.

When a users connects to the Microsoft UAG portal, the NETconsent Policy Server is checked to see whether the user has any outstanding policies that have been enforced at SSLconsent. If there is nothing outstanding, the user is seamlessly granted access to their portal homepage.

If the user does have outstanding actions, they are redirected to the NETconsent Policy Management Centre and presented with pending documents prior to continuing.
