Summary Reports
Summary reports, designed for Board level and management distribution, clearly illustrate an organisation’s compliance against their corporate policies. These reports show the overall compliance status of all policies and users. They can be generated by business area, individual policy, groups of
policies, individual user or groups of users.
Compliance reports deliver an exact and quantifiable status report of the organisation’s current compliance status. Reports can be run against all current users and policies or specific subsets of users or selected policies.
Identification of non-compliance exceptions (ie declined or pending users) can be provided to operational managers.

Detailed Reports
To improve processing efficiency, detailed reports show historical policy and user activity, delivering exception and evidential information.
Historical reporting can be used to review what actions have been carried out by an individual or group(s) of employees. These reports are typically used for internal audit purposes or incidents related to disciplinary or tribunal matters.
Exception reporting supports the effective resolution of potential problem areas, arising where employees have declined or not yet accepted a policy. Users are able to add their own comments about a policy, questionnaire or assessment. This information is summarised within NETconsent reports and provides a centralised and audited source of feedback for policy managers.

The range of standard reports within NETconsent are regularly reviewed and updated. These
are downloadable from the NETconsent web site without the need for customers to upgrade their installation of the NETconsent software suite.
